Biggest tires that will fit.

What is the biggest tire that will fit without the rear being raised up at all without cutting any of the body? I am wanting to use 15" rims only so some width size along with offset size would be helpful as well. Thinking a 15x10 rim with 295x60x15's might fit?

For the most part, you can fit almost any tire size you want, as long as you have the backspacing correct, with a stock gm 10 bolt 7.5, you can get an offset of 4-4.5 inches, if you change rear ends, then it changes the offset. If your keeping the car stock height then id try not to go any bigger than a 30inch diameter tire. So your 295 60 15 should fit no problem with a 4 inch backspace. Im planning on getting either 17s or 18s in an 11inch wide rim, so id be looking at a 335 35 17 or 335 30 18. Ive done multiple measurements and a tire that size would fit.

10" wide wheels with 5" backspacing and 295/50 tires fit with room to spare.

so if you have a 8.5 inch rear end will the 5. back spacing work? Or 4 3/4 back spacing to fit 15x10 rims with 295x50?

I have had a 285/70r15 which is basically 31x11 on a 7.5in rim rubbed slightly on outer wheel well.

295x50x15 are only 26.8 inches tall.

I want to mount some wider and 29x11x15 tires.  Street tires.

Only two companies make them bf Goodrich silver town and these cheaper galaxy. I ordered them online if u google the size u will find them. I was looking at hot rods and saw one locally that had the bf Goodrich silvertown on and i loved the size.

here is the link 169 per tire. They held up well definitely need a strong rearend to be able to spin both during a burnout. The factory auburn is not up to the task i had to swap in a true track and problem solved
