    How well do the Headliner frames hold up I'm about to replace mine but haven't pulled it yet. I was worried I'd be greeted with it breaking apart etc.

    no worries, only parts that are usually brittle are where the sun visor mounts are, those parts stick to the metal so you have to slowly pull the foam board away, but other than that, its a solid piece, it wont break.

    I didn't have any problem with the visor part I already removed them and I'm recovering them now. Hopefully
