Does anyone know what these are called? They are the little pieces that are between the a-pillar and kick panels on each side of the dash. I wonder if these are the same for all 79-90? Hopefully so as they would be easier to find. Here is a pic:

I dont know what its called, but almost all the trim is the same for 77-90, you "should" be able to find one of those fairly easy, but you know how that goes lol

Yeah, I've got a bunch of crunchy trim too. I'm at the stage where finding a complete interior out of another car is probably my best bet! Haha.

It's gotta exist in decent condition out there somewhere....

After a little searching, I did find 3 sets on Ebay. Never knew the top bulky part was attached to it. It was always separated on my last car and on this one too of course. I guess since only a "sliver" of plastic connects it, it was prone to fail. I'll pick up a set this month sometime and since I'm going to re-paint my trim (NO CRUSH VELVET.lol) the color won't matter. I'm thinking of doing a mostly black interior on this one.

I repainted my interior, but the same color. I used SEM Color Coat, stuff is pretty good, no chipping or flaking, sticks good.
