Anyone ever try bulldog adhesion promoter? I was thinking of spraying my bumpers with this after a good prep and then paint them with that shadow paint that looks like black chrome. Slowly eliminating the chrome. Lol. http://www.amazon.com/s?ie=UTF8&page=1&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3Abulldog%20adhesion%20promoter

I've used it on plastic parts with great results.  At least on plastic, it does what it claims.

I used it on a 72 gto urethane bumper worked great. I don't know how it does over chrome you might try to scuff it with a course scotch bright pad also.

Yea, Bulldog is some good stuff on interior plastics hands down. I've used it a lot. I've never used it on metal parts though. I usually just sand, prime and paint metal.
