Hi Sam. There were no factory crossmembers for dual exhaust until 1995 B bodies got the LT engine.
You can get a crossmrmber from a 95 or 96 impala or caprice. These are welded Stallings not made from tuning. The mounting provisions on the frame rails are not the same as yours. But adding brackets to your frame is not a terribly big job.

I purchased this piece for my 1979 Caprice when installing either 700R4 or a turbo 350.  Mine was 700R4.

    https://www.ebay.com/itm/G-Force-Performance-RCB3-700-Trans-Crossmember-79-90-B-Body-700R4-4L60E/191786805782?hash=item2ca7626a16:g:cY8AAOSwMqBab5ou

Yes, its a lot of money but fits and super strong.  The transmission mounts holes are about 3/4" back on the 700R4.

But the mount hole is slotted.  And the outer holes are slotted and its heavy duty.

    Good Luck.

I tried to put one of these on my 1981 with TH 350 but was unsuccessful.

The angle it was on would not fit my frame without serious modification.

For me the bigger problem was the TH 350 trans wouldn't clear the trans mount "pocket" in the crossmember.

I added another hump in my stock crossmember to allow dual exhaust.

I only tried one crossmember from a 1996 Impala, others may be different.

    Thanks
    Randy
